eVanity.com will deduct the UPS charge for this label from the amount credited to you unless the items returned were deemed defective, were wrongfully shipped, or damaged during shipment.

Information REQUIRED to complete this return process will be your order number, your RMA number (received from returns@evanity.com), and the email address used at time of purchase.

Note: All Gift cards, intimates, swimwear, jewelry, clearance purchases and/or items marked as **NR** are FINAL SALE and may not be returned. Each item must be returned with the original receipt (either from the order confirmation web page, the packing slip, or email order confirmation), the garment must show no signs of wear, and must have all tags attached.

Items MUST be returned and received in our warehouse within 30 days from the date of shipment.
